1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by Sandollar Spa & Pool, located in Bangor, Maine. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Google.

2. Eligibility

To enter, participants must:

• Be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry

• Be a legal resident of the State of Maine

• Submit a complete and accurate entry form during the giveaway period

• Agree to these Terms & Conditions

Employees of Sandollar Spa & Pool and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.

3. Entry Period

The giveaway begins on April 21, 2025 at 9AM EST and ends on July 11, 2025 at 11:59PM EST. Entries submitted outside of this window will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete the official entry form available via https://sandollarspa.com/giveaway . Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries may result in disqualification.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a TYLO Kiruna 1 Indoor Sauna featuring:

• 1-person capacity

• Infrared heating

• CarbonFlex panels

• TYLO app connectivity

• Low-profile speakers

• Dimensions: 38”D x 39”W x 78”H

• 120V / 15 amp electrical requirement

Prize does not include delivery or installation unless otherwise specified.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the deadline. The drawing will occur on or around July 12, 2025. The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 3 business days of selection.

If the selected winner does not respond within 7 days, or if they are found to be ineligible, a new winner may be chosen.

7. Publicity

By entering, participants agree that Sandollar Spa & Pool may use their name and likeness (first name, city/state) in promotional materials or social media posts announcing the winner, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Privacy

Information collected through the entry form will only be used by Sandollar Spa & Pool for the purpose of administering this giveaway and, if opted in, for marketing communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

9. General Conditions

Sandollar Spa & Pool reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway at any time for any reason, including fraud, technical issues, or any other factor beyond reasonable control.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sandollar Spa & Pool and its affiliates from any and all liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
