Hiring Parts and Inventory Specialist
Sandollar Spa & Pool – Brewer, ME

Responsibilities:
– Receive and process parts orders from customers, technicians, and internal departments
– Utilize the order management system to accurately track and manage inventory
– Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts
– Inspect incoming parts for quality and accuracy
– Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
– Assist in the identification and resolution of parts-related issues
– Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving concerns
Experience:
– Previous experience working with equpment repair environment is preferred
– Familiarity with mechanical parts, equipment repair, is a plus
– Proficiency in using an inventory management systems is desirable
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
